Connect Brevo to Mail Hub

Connect a customer-owned Brevo account using an encrypted API key and map contact lists.

Open Growth → Integrations and use the Brevo connection form.

  1. Create or obtain the appropriate Brevo API key from the customer-owned Brevo account.
  2. Enter it once in Mail Hub. The key is validated against Brevo before it is stored encrypted.
  3. Open the connection and map a Mail Hub contact list to a Brevo list.
  4. Select Push, Pull or Two-way synchronization.
  5. Keep unsubscribe synchronization enabled unless there is a specific operational reason not to.

Brevo email blacklisting is treated as an opt-out/suppression signal in Mail Hub. Explicit Mail Hub opt-ins can be synchronized to the mapped Brevo list.
