Paid organizations can configure email presentation under Settings → Email Design.
The server-side renderer uses conservative email-client markup and inline styling for headings, paragraphs, links, lists, tables, images and signatures.
- Select Clean, Branded or Minimal layout.
- Add the organization name and optional HTTPS logo.
- Choose the accent and background presentation.
- Add a concise organization footer.
- Use Send Design Test to deliver the actual rendered message through a connected mailbox.
Important: browser preview is useful, but the real test email is the authoritative check for Gmail and Outlook rendering.
