Connect Gmail or Google Workspace

Authorize an existing Google mailbox using OAuth instead of sharing its password.

Paid Business and Agency organizations can connect Google accounts through OAuth.

  1. Open Mail Accounts.
  2. Choose Connect Google.
  3. Sign in to the Google account that owns the mailbox.
  4. Review the requested permissions and approve the connection.
  5. Return to Mail Hub and run the connection test.

Mail Hub stores provider tokens encrypted with the installation APP_KEY. Do not replace APP_KEY after provider connections or other encrypted secrets have been saved.

Google production note: public multi-user Gmail access can require Google OAuth verification depending on the scopes and deployment.
