Connect Outlook or Microsoft 365

Connect a Microsoft mailbox using delegated OAuth and Microsoft Graph.

Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365 connections use OAuth rather than asking users to enter mailbox passwords into Mail Hub.

  1. Open Mail Accounts.
  2. Choose Connect Microsoft.
  3. Sign in with the Microsoft mailbox owner.
  4. Approve the requested delegated permissions.
  5. Return to Mail Hub and run the mailbox test.

If authorization later expires or permissions change, use the mailbox reconnect action.
